My background
With a background in international mobility management, I developed specialist expertise in property inspection and rigorous condition documentation. That experience taught me to observe every detail with a methodical and impartial eye.
Trained by Drouet Expertises, a leading name in property inventory services, I adopted a robust methodology and high professional standards. In founding EDL 33, my goal was to offer landlords, tenants and property professionals a genuinely independent inventory service. I represent neither the landlord nor the tenant — my role is to produce an objective, comprehensive report fully compliant with the ALUR Act.
Based in Bordeaux, I cover a 15 km radius encompassing the entire metropolitan area, Monday to Saturday, emergency visits included.
