Maé Clémensac
With a background in international mobility management, I developed a sharp eye for detail, rigorous documentation practices and excellent organisational skills — the perfect foundation for professional property inventory work.
Trained by Drouet Expertises and working as a fully independent inventory clerk, I represent neither the landlord nor the tenant. My role is to produce an objective, thorough report fully compliant with the ALUR Act, protecting both parties equally.
Every report is produced to the same exacting standard: room-by-room description, HD photographs, meter readings and delivery on the spot at the end of the inspection. I cover Bordeaux and the entire metropolitan area.
