Travel costs
Travel within a 15 km radius of Bordeaux is included in all prices. Beyond that distance, a supplement of €0.80/km (return journey) applies, calculated only on the distance exceeding 15 km from Bordeaux city centre.
Custom pricing
For atypical properties (large surface areas, commercial premises, entire buildings), high volumes or ongoing partnerships, please contact me for a personalised quote. Volume discounts are available for property professionals.
Cost sharing (tenants)
In accordance with the ALUR Act, when the inspection is carried out by a professional acting under a mandate, the tenant's share is capped at €3/m² of habitable floor area. The balance is payable by the landlord.
